Thank you for your question. Both procedures can be performed together assuming you are in good health and are a satisfactory candidate to have both procedures performed during the same operation. The more operations you have, the more risks you take. You need to carefully discuss the operations you desire with your plastic surgeon. 560 cc’s does sound way too large for you. It appears that your implants are too large for your frame and breast diameter. It’s definitely possible to replace and downsize your implants.Tissue coverage can be bulked up with a dermal graft. Thank you for your question and for including photos. From the photos you attached, it seems you are constricted on the lower aspect of your breasts. I think you would be an excellent candidate for breast augmentation with an internal scoring technique. I hope my answer is helpful.

While the majority of the swelling resolves within the first few months the final result of rhinoplasty is not evident for 1,5-2 years following surgery. Congrats on your surgery. Asymmetry after breast augmentation is quite common. Ask your board certified plastic surgeon about massage and other helpful techniques to help lower a breast implant that is too high. For the patients that have superiorly malpositioned breast implants, I use bra straps to force the implant in a downward direction.
