Both procedures that you had lead to bruising of the tear trough region. It also appears that you have some hyper-pigmentation as well. Give yourself at least another two months to allow resolution of both problems.In the meanwhile, I would suggest using (or continue to use) sun screen and be mindful of sun exposure. Good luck!

Congratulations on your weight loss! Your photo shows residual fat of the upper arm and a fair amount of extra skin. Liposuction will decrease the volume of fat and improve the shape of the arm but will not take away the excess skin. You will need an arm lift (brachioplasty) to remove the excess skin and optimize your results. These procedures are done simultaneously. Good luck.

It is highly unlikely that the one exposed permanent suture is holding the septum in its new location so removal should have no effect on the final outcome. Not removing the suture may result in an infection of the septum so please have the suture removed.

Most plastic surgeons agree that you will need another face lift with an open neck procedure to remove the excess skin under the chin and visible bands of the neck. Unfortunately there is nothing less that can be done that will give you a satisfactory result. I had a similar experience years ago shortly after liposuction was introduced and had to learn the hard way that liposuction is no substitue for surgically tightening the neck in any one with ageing skin. 7 weeks is much too early to consider repeat liposuction to chin or any area. Give yourself at least 3 months for most of the swelling to subside. You have your final when the soft tissue of the chin area is as soft as it was prior to surgery. Good luck!!

Hi Natalia. Two weeks after any facial work is much too early to judge the result because of persistent swelling from the procedure. I would give myself at least 3 months. For now you can take a series of photos two weeks apart to check for improvement. You should be able to notice a difference with each photo. Good luck.

It usually takes three or more months to see the final result of chin liposuction. You should review your before and after photos with your doctor and if you still have a significant amount of residual fat left, ask your surgeon to redo the surgery.

Most Plastic Surgeons take pictures prior to any treatment and review the pictures with their patient before beginning treatment. As noted by my colleague, there is some degree of asymmetry in all faces and these asymmetries can be improved but never corrected 100%.

Another vial of sculptra to the smaller side is reasonable but do not expect the sides to corrected perfectly.

Yes, you are a candidate for lower lid blepharoplasty. To optimize your results and prevent sagging of the lower lids after the fat is removed, I would suggest fat grafting or repositioning some of the fat from your lower lids into the sulcus below the “bags” as well as a canthopexy (tightening of the lower lid) to reinforce the position of the lower lid.

Please see an expericed who is well versed in these procedures.

Your upper eyelids are full (youthful) but with a lower than usual fold which you inherited from your parents. The upper lid skin does not touch your lashes so you probably can wear make up in the area without developing smudges.

If the position of the fold is a bother, you can have a conserative portion of the upper lid skin removed to give a more opened appearance. Request that your surgeon not remove any fat so that your youthful appearance is preserved…

Yes, it is possible to have an adverse effect after liposuction of the neck with improper application of the compression garment. If the skin is folded on itself when the garment is applied, one can end up with a transverse roll that may take weeks or a few months to completely resolve. So the most important thing to remember when on applies the compression garment is to make sure the neck skin is completely flat.
