Looking at your picture and explanation I can see that the cartilage in your right nostril has a collapsed caudal margin, and there’s uncertainty about whether it might collapse further over time. If it does, it could lead to external valve collapse, causing breathing difficulties and aesthetic concerns. The good news is that a cartilage suspension graft is a viable option for fixation. I can fully understand what kind of change you want. Cartilage grafting is necessary for such changes, and diced rib cartilage grafting is believed to be best for more effective changes. I do not recommend fillers due to concerns about side effects and absorption.

Implant deviation does not seem trivial. It is obviously deviated to one side.

If you are okay with the result, then no need to do a surgery again. If you really want to improve some asymmetry, slight columellar deviation can be improved by revisional surgery, whose risk can be nearly zero. Columellar deviation is one the main reasons of nostril asymmetry from basal view.

Nasal bone and upper lateral cartilages of your nose are crooked in C-shape.
You can expect good result if you do corrective rhinoplasty. The surgery will move your deviated nasal bone toward the midline.
