I would recommend either looking into getting a gastric balloon to lose weight first. Then second, I would recommend liposuction under local anesthesia. Those would be your two options based on your request to not be put under general anesthesia.

I would recommend liposuction of the abdomen and flanks as an initial procedure. After four months, get reevaluated. If there is extra skin – perhaps a mini tummy tuck would give you the results you desire. A fully tummy tuck maybe necessary if there is a gap between your rectus muscles from your pregnancy. Also, I would not recommended a full tummy tuck if more children are in your future.
