Hi there. It depends on your situation and your goals.
If your main issue is, for instance, straightening 2 teeth at the front of the mouth, it is usually possible regardless of missing some back teeth. I just recently finished a case where the patient had no molars at all, but we still managed to straighten her front teeth.
