I agree with previous answers. The pics do show up very small. However, from what I can see things look excellent. The implants seem to have settled appropriately at this point. I do not appreciate any major change after the 4 week pics so things are likely pretty stable at this point. Things can continue to soften for up to 3 months sometimes though.

I agree you seem to be a great candidate for a full tummy tuck with some flank liposuction. As always confirm the plans with your surgeon at the preop appt to make sure everyone is on the same page. Surgeons’ approaches to tummy tucks can vary, and how and where they do lipo and how much they undermine are variables that depend on the individuals anatomy, where they have excess, and also surgeons experience. You are still in the early healing phase. Things continue to soften and smooth out for a few months after lipo. Continue massaging and doing the other things you are doing, and be sure to follow up with your surgeon.

After a submuscular augmentation the muscles many times relax at different rates. It is not unusual for one to be slightly higher than the other for a period of time. 4 weeks out is still early in the healing process. It can take a few months for things to fully settle down and soften. Be sure to follow up with your surgeon to discuss your concerns. Good luck!

2 weeks is fairly early yet. Things will continue to settle for a couple of months after surgery. Also breasts don’t always settle down at the same rate after implants. Therefore one may appear a little different early on. This should improve with time. That being said, everyone naturally has a little asymmetry. Hang in there and be sure to follow up with your surgeon.

Going too large on the base diameter could lead to a portion of the implant being too far off the chest toward the armpit. With regard to the distance between the implants, this is defined by where your pectoralis muscles attach to the breast bone (sternum). Some people have wider sternums others are more narrow.
