I grew up and studied medicine at the University of Liège. During my senior year, I was accepted at the prestigious Harvard Medical School in Boston, and undertook surgery internships.

My surgical training began with three years of general surgery (gastrointestinal, vascular and orthopedic surgeries), followed by three years of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, surgery for burns, hand surgery and microsurgery. I had the opportunity to spend a one-year internship with world-renowned Professors Jacques Baudet and Dominique Martin, in Bordeaux, France. After my assistantship, I was fortunate to work for Professor Albert De Mey, in the Brugmann Hospital, Brussels, Belgium, internationally renowned for breast surgery.

Without picture, I can only reply “in theory”. It’s feasible to redo a breast reduction after 10 years, especially if there is still a functional embarrassment and some degree of asymmetry that makes it difficult to find a bra that can fit. The best advice would be to go for a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon who will explain you the surgical options after a physical exam. Best wishes

Regarding your breasts, you are a good candidate for breast lift which will give a more youthful appearance. Regarding your abdomen, you will benefit of an additional skin excision (revision of previous tummy tuck). You are also a good candidate for a liposuction of the back and a buttocks lift, (since you already have an extended abdominoplasty scar). This will redefine your contour. Good luck.

Hello. What I’d recommend is to do a liposuction of your back and flanks together with a lipo-abdominoplasty, after you reach the weight you’re comfortable with. Your skin quality looks good for retraction after conservative liposuction. This will allow you to see if you’re happy with the results, and you can still decide to have a butts lift in a second stage.
