Fat transfer surgery puts only volume to your breasts. And they are not permanent like breast implants. If you don’t need an uplift surgery, and if you’re happy with the shape of your breasts, fat transfer is a good option to make them bigger. If you don’t lose massive weight, probably you don’t lose %70 of them in the future.

450 cc implants are really big for your body. And, your nipple positions are too far. They have to be closer each other. With a revision surgery, we could make them closer by an incision around your inner nipples.
4 months enough time to have another surgery.
