Will a genioplasty give me this result?
Chin surgery or orthographic surgery

Your question is a great one and the answer really depends on how your teeth fit together

If when you posture your lower jaw forward, your lower teeth are in front of your upper teeth, the look you desire could likely be achieved with a simple chin augmentation

If when you move your lower jaw forward as pictured, your teeth come into a more normal relationship with your upper teeth still slightly over the lower teeth, a mandibular advancement surgery would likely be a better answer for you

Do I need jaw surgery?
Orthognathic surgery
