Hello, first of all I think 40 units per side is a very generous amount, however I don’t know the extent of your original problem ( teeth grinding, dental fractures). Botox is fully reversible in 3 or 4 months, so my advice is to wait till the effect is over, because if you correct with fillers, your lips will be really uneven once the Botox is gone. Hello, there is no evidence that the position will alter the effect of Botox. As for your headache, it is not uncommon that patients have a headache after Botox injection or even a few days later, as the muscles start to relax and you keep trying to contract them, voluntarily or involuntarily. It is self-limited, but you can just take regular over the counter analgesics for that.

Hello, thank you for your question. Coolsculpting’s results depend on the person performing the treatment in you. Vanquish doesn’t, as long as the professional has basic training on the machine. Vanquish will cause fat cell apoptosis ( it will destroy the fat cells) evenly across the area covered by the applicator. Studies comparing both treatments showed better patient satisfaction with Vanquish. It will not cause any pain (acute or chronic) as possible with Coolsculpting.
