Statement: Dr. Steven Goldman is a plastic surgeon and the founder of Beachwood Plastic Surgery and Medical Spa, with offices in Beachwood and Westlake, Ohio. Specializing in mommy makeover procedures, breast enhancements, and rhinoplasty, he is one of a handful of surgeons who is double board-certified in both Plastic Surgery and Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery.

Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Goldman is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons. He is also a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Cellfina cost generally varies from about $3000 to $6000, depending on how many areas are treated. The procedure is done under local anesthesia. Patients generally go to work the next day and can workout in a day or two. It works better on dimples than streaks or linear cellulite, but can improve both. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who's office has good experience with this technology. Good luck. 
Can I still use MiraDry if I've had underarm laser hair removal?
Miradry eliminates underarm sweating in most patients

We've had very high satisfaction rates with Miradry in our patients. About 2/3 do two treatments. Patients with excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis) or normal but bothersome sweating can use Miradry. Laser hair removal does not interfere with Miradry (although Miradry can result in some hair reduction along with sweat reduction). Our nurses or estheticians can use a starch iodine test to identify sweat glands if needed. Miradry is perform under local anesthesia in the office. Good luck.

Most healthy patients can safely have breast enhancement and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) at the same time. I generally perform liposuction with abdominoplasty as well. The combination of breast surgery and abdominoplasty constitutes a mommy makeover. See a board certified plastic surgeon to see if you are a candidate for a mommy makeover. Good luck. 
How Many Botox Units for 11's or Frown Lines?
20 units is the most common Botox dose to the 11's.

The most common doseage of Botox to the glabella (the 11's) is 20 units. Patients with stronger muscles, especially men may require more, but in fact many patients use less to keep this area synchronized with the forehead, crow's feet and other areas. Dysport dosing is different. The most common Dysport dose to the glabella is 50 units, which is equivalent to 20 units of Botox in this area for most patients. 
How Long Before Botox Results Can Be Seen?
Botox usually takes 4 days to start working, 1-2 weeks for full effect. Dysport starts working usually in 2 days.

Botox usually starts working 4 days after injection, with full effect visible in 1-2 weeks. Dysport starts to work a little earlier in most patients (2 days) with full effect at 1-2 weeks also. Jeuveau and Xeomin are the other two FDA approved Botulinum toxin brands; their timing is similar to to Botox. They all have the same active protein (Botulinum toxin).
