You should discuss this with your surgeon. Breast augmentation is an elective procedure and your physical condition should be excellent before surgery.  An active sinus infection is a relative contraindication for breast augmentation.  So, it may be that your will need to postpone your surgery to decrease your risk of complications.Best wishes,Dr. Connall

You need to consult with a plastic surgeon and clearly express your goals.Treatment of the flanks and lower back with liposuction is the mainstay to treating the “muffin top”. By subtracting fat from those areas, the contours leading into the buttocks will look better, the buttocks will be better defined and look better.If you desire more fullness in the buttocks, then the addition of fat is needed.Best wishes, Dr. Connall

I’ve seen many patients with implants for over 20 years that have developed capsular contracture. I think it is usually a slow process, which finally comes to the patient’s attention when the implants become very hard.Best wishes, Dr. Connall
