We recommend to all our patients to abstain from high intensity/anaerobic workouts for 3 months post FT.  This allows the blood supply of the new cells to connect to the old cells for permanent retention.  Also, you want to avoid any bouncing or shearing during high intensity workouts like interval training as those motions can create disruption of blood supply to the new cells during the first months.  We have a list of workouts for all of our patients on our Facebook Dr Bednar's fat tra...

I would consult with your surgeon or a dermatologist to see what can be done, such as possible laser treatment once you are fully healed. 
Is cadaver fat safe to use in fat grafting for hip dips and breasts?

We have used Renuva-which you are referring to for cellulite dimples in buttocks and some smaller areas of indentation from falls or trauma in thighs and the average use has been 3 syringes with fantastic results.  We have not used it in breasts as there are no FDA indications for it.
